Three ways to access your accounts

We currently have three ways to access your investment accounts. Account custodians will always have their own websites to access values, holdings and statements directly from them. In addition to that, we pay for extra software that provides you with enhanced capabilities.

Financial Management Website

We use eMoney Advisor for your personalized financial management (PFM) website. This website is ideal for aggregating all your financial assets in one place so you can track your net worth in real time. We also use this software to create life plans. When your financial assets are connected, the plan updates in real time. We personally use this site to connect all our financial assets; such as bank accounts, investment accounts, retirement plans, life insurance, mortgage and liabilities in one place. We encourage you to watch this video overview and visit the page dedicated to their service. Unfortunately, at this time the software lacks the ability to do performance reporting, so we use BlueLeaf for that service.

Advyzon Client Portal

How do you track the performance of your investment account when you are adding and subtracting money? It can be difficult. On your wealth management site, it tracks the value of your account, but if you make a contribution, the value of the account will rise, which may have nothing to do with the account’s investment performance. Likewise, when money is withdrawn, the account value will decline even though your investments may be making money. In order to accurately track your investments, it is important to be able to track their return net of contributions and distributions. The Advyzon Client Portal does a good job of this. In addition to performance reporting, you will be able to see asset allocation information and access their documents folder where fee statements and other paperwork are stored. Charles Schwab Alliance Website and Mobile App

Charles Schwab has a really nice website to view your accounts held there. We especially like their mobile App that is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Using their website or App, you will have up-to-date information on your account values, holdings, statements and tax forms. Use the links below to learn more.
